What does this do?
Saves a copy of ALL your website content (text, image links, etc.) to a file on your computer. Like making a photocopy of all your work.
When to use: Before making big changes, or every few weeks.
IMPORT BACKUP
What does this do?
Restores your website from a backup file. It will replace everything on the site with what's in that file.
When to use: If you accidentally deleted something or want to undo changes.
Good to know: Your images are stored in the cloud (Cloudinary) and won't be lost. The backup file saves text content and links to those images.
